Involved in international business structuring since the inception of his career; Francesco has been working in several sectors, such as private banking, mergers & acquisitions, luxury & lifestyle, high net worth individuals, real estate, … Also specializing in voluntary disclosure programs in multiple jurisdictions.

Contract professor from 2010 to 2013, he has been teaching finance courses to students at the Master in Luxury Management of the SKEMA BUSINESS SCHOOL, Sophia Antipolis, France.

Francesco is co-author of two books published from Palgrave Macmillan: “Global Luxury Trends” (2013) and “Luxury Strategy in Action” (2012); furthermore he is author of several articles on magazines and specialized press on financial and international tax matters.

Employment history

Before evolving as an independent professional he has been practising taxes, legal and business advisory in leading firms and corporate providers such as Ernst & Young and Citco.

From 2006 to 2017 Francesco has been managing worldwide the tax affairs for the Gucci Group, further evolved in the Kering group.

From 2018 in charge of the in-house tax department of the OTB group (including Diesel, Margiela, Marni, Jil Sander, Victor & Rolf, fashion brands) on a global base.
